If a question isn't covered here, the contact page is the fastest way through to a real person. Replies usually arrive within one working day.
No. We are an education and research company. We do not hold client funds, we do not execute trades, and we do not provide a trading platform. We teach. Our students choose, open and operate their own accounts independently with the brokers of their choice.
No. We do not publish signals, trade ideas to be copied, or recommendations to buy or sell any instrument. Our written briefings discuss what we are watching and why, in an educational context. Any decisions a student makes are their own.
No course can promise that and we will not pretend otherwise. Trading carries genuine risk of loss, including the loss of the full amount invested. Our material is designed to give students a structured, honest understanding of the market — not a guaranteed outcome.
Not for the Foundations course. It is designed for absolute beginners and assumes no prior knowledge. The intermediate and advanced material assumes that students are comfortable with the content of the Foundations course or have equivalent understanding.
Foundations and the Technical Analysis Workshop give twelve months of access from the date of enrolment, including any updates during that period. Workshop recordings are available for 90 days. The Weekly Briefings subscription runs for 12 months from the start date.
Yes — within 14 days of purchase you may request a full refund, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course material. The refund process is described in our Terms of Service.
Our office is in Milan, Italy. Most of our work is delivered remotely, with optional in-person sessions for the Private Strategy Session.
Our courses are not part of any formal academic accreditation system. We issue a certificate of completion for educational purposes only — it is not a regulated qualification.
All material is delivered in English. Some written supplements are available in Italian on request for our Milan-based students.
Live workshops are delivered over video conferencing in small groups, with a maximum cohort size we publish in advance. All sessions are recorded so students who cannot attend in real time can catch up within the 90-day window.
We occasionally run bespoke educational programmes for finance teams and learning-and-development departments. Please contact us through the website and we will follow up directly.
The newsletter sign-up sits at the foot of every page and on the Newsletter page. It is a separate product from our paid briefings — it is free, weekly, and covers educational topics rather than market calls.
